I'm glad to hear you've grown as a developer. =) I left mainly because I couldn't accept Jeff wanting to format all the entities back to grey/black (because at first his only argument was that it would take too much effort and time to change them all), and him reverting a major edit because he thought I "changed too much", and then life wandered on, but I can't really keep away.
