Who am I?
I'm 18 year old Andrew McGowen, who has been programming since 11 and mapping since 13. I find the two quite experiencing, especially since I'm getting a head start at a younger age. Fortunately, I'm learning a lot about native C++, and I'm starting to understand some of the Orange Box source code.
Quotes
- Information itself is absolute; the way we interperet it is relative, based on our unique personalities.
- If nothing can be proven, then nothing can be disproven, because disproving something is proving the opposite, which means that nothing can be proven or disproven, causing everything to be a paradox.
- Nothing is the absence of something, but an absence is something, meaning that nothing is something but simultaneously the absence of something, thusly stating, it is a paradox.
Current Project
I'm currently working on a mod called Dynthon (will upload more details as I start to make progress).
Other Maps
Some of the other maps I've started are as follows:
- rp_gammalabs - a mostly underground laboratory complex, somewhat like black mesa.
- gm_quantumbuild - a large, semi-complex build map for Garry's Mod.
Modeling
YAY FOR 3DS MAX 2008!!!
