I got my SDK with Alien Swarm, and I decided to make maps for HL2DM, so I set up a configuration for that. However, when I start Hammer, it's the Alien Swarm configuration, so I change to the HL2DM configuration. Then a message saying "Your changes to the active configuration will not take effect until the next time you run Hammer." I restart Hammer, and it's still Alien Swarm. What do I do? | |||

We have $SteamUserDir - but what else?
Hey, I'm making a map for a Third Party Mod. Third party mods are not installed in the User dir, they are in the SteamApps/SourceMods folder. But what is the "Shortcut" to it, just like $SteamUserDir?

Edit: Oh nevermind, I see we have $SteamDir\SteamApps\SourceMods. I found out after manually pointing Hammer to the dir with Browse (C:\Program Files\Steam\...)

Help with configuration
