tf_weapon_jar_milk is the Scout's secondary throwable weapon more known as the Mad Milk. This weapon fires a tf_projectile_jar_milk that coats enemies in milk similar to Jarate. After "firing" the weapon, it will take about 20 seconds until another jar can be thrown. The weapon, if spawned by "ent_create tf_weapon_jar_milk", appears invisible.
