Vapour was a free online delivery platform similar to Steam, but designed for third party mod developers. It offered news, automatic updates and other services for any modifications which were registered. These included mods for Half-Life and Half-Life 2, as well as Doom 3, Unreal tournament 2003/2004, Quake 1, 2, 3, and 4, Battlefield 2, and Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory.
Vapour has since been merged with ModToaster to create CrosuS, another delivery platform for a myriad of games.
