== Illogical Template ==
This template is really unnecessary. Like, I mean because:
:A. there is no reason (logically speaking) to mark someone as a minor spammer or problem poster.
:B. template:spammer vitiates this template.
:C. how would you even determine spam or "problem posting" as minor? I mean there isn't any scale to refer to.
