info_passtime_ball_spawn  is a   point entity  available in  Team Fortress 2.

Entity description
Just marks a ball spawnpoint. Won't be used if disabled.

- The name that other entities refer to this entity by, via Inputs/Outputs or other keyvalues (e.g. parentnameortarget).
