Get the owner player ID for this unit.

It is recommended that instead of this function you use GetOwner():GetPlayerID(). Units summoned in LUA will return -1 for :GetPlayerOwnerID(), but with GetOwner():GetPlayerID() it will correctly return the owners player ID
