I got it directly out of the source engine page, I looked at it and saw alot of links went to empty articles. The VGUI one is merely the description that valve gave it. | |||
Also, VGUI is a seperate library to the source engine, VGUI could be added to any program by including the right code and useing the vgui libraries dll file | |||
