Bug:It may be beyond me, but it seems that new cells can only begin within in the second column. The first column instead needs to use normal wiki titling to divide sections. [todo tested in ?]

In the aesthetically advanced category format system (for the lack of a better name), this template is used in order to mark the beginning of a new cell.
