-I'm a seventeen year old 6th-form student with an interest in gaming and creating levels. I used to map in call of duty but have moved onto using hammer. The reason I'm on here is to help me with a project that is going to be my Media Studies A2 project.
-==About my project==
-The project involves creating a replica of my school in order to show how games are becoming scarily realistic. As the school wont be able to play the game i am to make a video demonstrating both the level design and events that could have an effect on anyone attending the school.
-The level doesn't need a full story/campaign structure but if I become skilled enough then i will enhance it to accommodate scripted events and a full finale for anyone that wishes to download and play it.
-my deadline for this project is Christmas.
-==Progress==

-Made first steps into creating the map, simple road and path made along with a roadblock to force people to enter the main gate. 2 health-kits, a random melee weapon and a random item will drop on the path next to spawn. Currently just getting to grips everything.

-Made (relatively) accurate drawings of the majority of the school from an aerial prospective. Decided to have free roaming instead of set path just to show the potential. Nothing more added to map since last time (school, homework etc eat up too much time).

-Don't expect the page to be really flashy, its mostly a way for me to keep track of how i do and for any readers to offer help.
-This is the first proper map I've made using hammer so don't expect anything mind exploding......yet
