I've had too many folks come whining to me about "The tools suck! Why can't they fix this or this" and I always tell them "Would you blame the tools or the craftsmen if your house fell down?" lol. So I put this up to placate them. And anyways, if there's enough good points on here, hopefully Valve takes heed.
