Autolang removal<br>

- autolang slows down the wiki visibly

Accomplished with ~9k edits:
* undoing of multipage around 1500 pages from which like 200 finished manually to preserve split page histories resulted from multipage being set up by copying the content to a subpage instead of using move functionality
* made pages use language prefix instead of suffixes
* updated links on translated pages to use [[Template:L]] (98% finished and there are few mistakes to fix like converting links to Special: pages too accidentally)
