This (and the modern notes) template seems to work okay. Is it safe to replace the old {{Note}}

ModernNote}} was used as the basis for all modern notes, but now it is exactly the same template as {{ModernTodo}}
and others. Now the basis is {{Notify}}

Don't add any categories with nocat=
