Great tutorial, but did anyone actually compile the code? No mention of what includes to use and some typos are wreaking the compilation.

Map

Nice Tutorial, gives some insights into how things come together, it mentions a map called sdk_fx_server.vmf which i'm yet to find.

has anybody else found this map?
