Introduction

The Outland is the countryside of City 17.

Architecture

Mainly surrounded by forests and valleys. Rebel outposts are scattered among the Outland.

Environment

Forests and valleys, with the ruined Citadel and City 17 seen in the background.

NPCs

The combine are common here, as they're moving out and closing in on the White Forest. Rebels are scattered around although they are found more often near White Forest.
