Welcome

  • Hi! Welcome to the VDC. —Maven (talk) 13:04, 4 Nov 2005 (PST)
  • Thank you Maven.. Always been interested in this Community.., but never took a reason to register. Now, at the time I translate many tutorials ( in Dutch ) for modding on Source, I got a good reason to help other people too with making a mod based on the powerfull Source Engine. --Jurgen Knops 00:02, 5 Nov 2005 (PDT)

Thank you

19:35 <JurgenKnops> Happy Birthday Jupix :)

Dutch people

  • Hi :). Is it special to be a Dutch one then? "Add me, Add me!". Haha. Added you at MSN Messenger, thanks for watching me :) --Jurgen Knops 14:16, 17 May 2006 (PDT)
  • Not really special, just not many Dutch people who are in the HL2-modding-scene. --dutchmega 02:48, 18 May 2006 (PDT)
  • I agree with that... Unfortunately. Not that I will look in each profile here in the vdc, but I think there are much more? CrabbyData is.. but further, I really don't know. Dutch people: Certify yourself! --Jurgen Knops 06:09, 18 May 2006 (PDT)
  • Hihi, talking about me behind my back? xD Lol, I came here by searching for my own name :P O, before I forget: Hello Jurgen Knops ^_^ Certification: Hallo allemaal :P Kijk op mijn user-page voor meer info over mij...! --CrabbyData 13:26, 18 May 2006 (PDT)
  • Ha! There you are :). Hello to you CrabbyData.. I saw you have a hotmail address.. So I guess you have MSN. I'll add you once I have time for it. --Jurgen Knops 14:01, 18 May 2006 (PDT)
  • I think MSN is good enough... I don't want the spoil the VDC here :) --dutchmega 02:29, 19 May 2006 (PDT)
--CrabbyData 03:28, 19 May 2006 (PDT)

Missing Subtitles Images HL2:EP1

  • Do we really need all these images uploaded? They don't tell us anything that a map name and commentary ID don't. --TomEdwards 10:09, 7 Jun 2006 (PDT)
  • Additionally, are you really sure that all those nodes have no subtitles at all? I experienced situations were subtitles were missing one time, and the other time they were displayed correctly. --Koraktor
  • This could presumably be answered by breaking open GCFScape and having a read through the commentary files for each map. --Giles 11:31, 7 Jun 2006 (PDT)
  • In all cases that I've mentioned there where no subtitles/closed captions (in the sound options menu you can choose 'none', 'closed caption' and 'subtitles', for now I'm talking about the last two). Even when I run Ep1 in developer-mode. The use of the screenshots is for others to know which node(s) I mean. If this is to complicated then please remove the screenshots from the Ep1 bugs page. For sofar I had not completed the whole story with closed captions, but since there were just a few in each chapter I think that there will be not much more (2? maybe 3?) then already mentioned.. But once again, I only had uploaded this screenshots to let others know where the nodes exactly are (instead of a few words like mapname node 3/10). But if the overall opinion of you all are that this way is to much, please edit the lines :) --Jurgen Knops 14:13, 7 Jun 2006 (PDT)

Editing Tip

  • Yah sorry about that, I'm still relatively new to the whole Wiki editing framework. Thanks though, I'll do that from now on. --Sirusblk 00:24, 26 Dec 2007 (PDT)
