One of the templates {{wip}} or {{construction-notice}} is redundant.

{{construction-notice}} has the same function as {{wip}}. I suggest redirecting {{construction-notice}} to {{wip}} to make the transition smooth. - Amicdict (talk) 18:51, 24 April 2023 (PDT)
