Brewing HL2MP implementation

Its seen the mp3_player.cpp files exist in source sdk 2013 mp, files are certainly missing off the base sdk for 2013 for mp3 player file system, adding those didnt seem to have an effect on getting the console to feel the mp3 command. Any ideas of programming aspect or file system aspects that could be missing to achieve HL2MP implementation for the valve MP3 player?
