The Entity "trigger_push" calculates the "pushing" space incorrectly. It doesn't push within the correct bounds of the brush that is made in Hammer.

I <3 this article, and I <3 whoever noticed that adding -engine ep1 fixed Hammer's many errors of doom. But there's still more... I opened a pre-update map I was working on, and all textures minus one brick wall are now generic gray. All entities are also red Error signs. Must be something with editing ep1 again... As so many users have these problems, some of them might not know exactly how to do what you tell them to. You may want to explain the three main steps in more detail. The process of two of the steps is already described here:

HL2 EP2 mod?
I still cant make a HL2 EP2 mod. I place the 420 as the mod base but every time I open a map (made using ep1 hammer version) the 3D view is not drawn correctly and Hammer keeps crashing. Also, the compiled map only works when I place it in the HL2 EP2 maps directory. When I try to run the mod it never runs and keeps crashing in allot of situations. I manage to find workarounds for some but I didn't found workaround for all of them (it still crash at map load). Is this normal? Is it waiting for a fix? Any help? Davlevels 00:54, 18 Dec 2007 (PST)

I've just noticed that this page and the Source SDK Bugs are both being actively (read recently) used to submit bugs. Suggestions? Source SDK Bugs is an older page, and probably many of the bugs submitted there have already been addressed in recent SDK updates; also, note that on that page, the link to the Hammer specific bugs directs to this page. I really think only one page should be used to submit bugs. And we should find a definitive solution, not a short-term one. By this I mean that the name SDK SE2 will not be around forever... I'm not opposed to splitting up the "Source SDK bugs submit pages" into more than one articles, but their names should be generic, not related to a specific version of the SDK. And currently, that's not what is happening anyway: both these pages are being used as if they were the only one that exist... this should be cleared up, the sooner the better. --Etset 11:51, 16 Feb 2008 (PST)

Cause #1: 'vrad.exe' doesn't terminate. Fix #1: Open the Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL), go to processes, and end 'vrad.exe'. Restarting the computer is an option, though a much slower solution. There are other causes, continue to expand on this section. --Axoren 05:31, 6 January 2010 (UTC)
CMapClass is being deleted but is still being referenced by a CMapDoc.
I got this error while carving: CMapClass is being deleted but is still being referenced by a CMapDoc. It says to tell a programmer so I am (kinda).
