Numbering

I think the numbering of the entities doesn't make much sense here and also it's distracting. I think it should be removed

This is useful for those who make entity lists, when they are updating entity lists. Some entity lists may have descriptions for each entity. They make a table to make it easy to find the entities they need.

Don't see the relation to numbering the entities on this page. The entities are sorted in alphabetical order. Knowing func_door is 78th entity in base.fgd list of entities sorted by alphabetical order is useless information that will also change whenever a new entity is added.
