sooo um why are you wasting your time typing up a lot fo what already exsists on my namespace instead of helping contribute to it so it can get finsihed and published here? all my note means it jsut say stuff in talk don't edit. Aquick glance shows this is stripped version of the article I'm writing, while I appricate your right to psot it I'm jsut wondering wth the point was. --Angry Beaver 12:47, 10 Dec 2006 (PST)

I wasn't aware that you were developing an article. Suggestion: move your article here where it is easier to find. An article need not be complete to post it. You have a lot of good information to share. —BJ(talk) 13:05, 10 Dec 2006 (PST)

yeah my post was a little knee jerk to be honest and a further read shows you've got some good points to make. As for the reason it over there is because its part of a tutorial series that a little bit skeleton right now. The desigining a level ones a bit of an exception as I've spent several months adding to it so its actually worth posting. I'll see if I can incorporate this into what I had planned as I think theres a bit to much info to do it the other way. and I can hardly move it here now without overwriting all your stuff, and the linking stuff points to this article name. Most of whats written seems like good content for the bit I was struggling on :P --Angry Beaver 13:14, 10 Dec 2006 (PST)
You work on something for a long time and feel ownership. No problem. With regard to combining contents, sometimes the easiest way is to start with the more complete article and add to it. Overwrite the existing page or paste your article at the top and cut and paste earlier stuff from the bottom. Your article is certainly more complete and older versions of a page are always available to cut and paste from. —BJ(talk) 13:53, 10 Dec 2006 (PST)

User:Jupix/Atmosphere Transitions (level design) might make a good addition to this series somewhere (I haven't finished it on my own). Jupix 03:50, 24 Mar 2007 (PDT)
