info_territory_control_barracks is a point entity in Counter Strike Source. It is likely linked to the cut "Territory Control" game mode, about which little is known. We do know that the basic gameplay would have consisted of capturing various bases in a map. The "barracks" mentioned in the entity name is likely in reference to one of those bases. However, because much of the details of the "Territory Control" game mode is unknown, not much information can be gleaned from this entity.
