bind is a console command that lets you attatch a function to a key. The basic set up of using bind is below:

bind "key" function

Example: if you wanted to make the key H say in chat hi you would type in console:

bind "h" say "hi"

The quotes around the key you select are not required all the time, but they are needed sometimes (like if you try to bind semicolon to something)
