{{int:}} usage

I suspect usage of this heavily slows down wiki because I assume it somehow messes with caches and everytime you go on some page it causes it be fully rebuild each time. Changed the whole content of Uselang to en and it seems stuff is loading much faster. There's also note about :int on this wiki page Magic_words saying "Note that this can damage / confuse cache consistency in MediaWiki 1.17 and earlier, see T16404." even though this wiki uses 1.31.
