From Valve Developer Community

Well fantastic news of late, and bad along with it. After toying with XNA game studios we have managed to get HL2 on the 360, yet before doing anything we might have to talk too the guys up at valve which might be the bad part, might say yes, might say no to City17: Episode 1 being on the Xbox 360. However the real bad news is, well that I've been busy of late a lot more now. Currently i am working with Ross, Scott on Civil Protection the series, and also some behind "closed-doors" projects. However the good news is that most of the team is now back in action that mainly being all but one, Kristin. Still having bad luck with pc's. So rather than the normal 15 hours i spend everyday on the mod now i only have around 5 hours or slightly more.

Along with that, Collage started well over a month ago now, so i have been attending that every since taking most of my time, and due to me not having a lap top i haven't been able to do much work but write down ideas for the mod and whatnot.

Oh and last, some more screenshots heading your way! A little more media update. Oh and another thing to add is that now the Modb page has been authorized so now the is also up to date media on that site as well. So that media update will be coming in later today, as its only 1PM right now of this time.

One last thing seems to be the wonderful steam Community that we now have up for the Company! Here is the link i believe: Gear (http://steamcommunity.com/groups/Gear-dev). You can use the search feature in steam to find it and join it if you would like, so far around 57 some members in it, and i keep it with media updates of everything pc and as well as the mod itself. We also joined up with the Steam Podcast (http://www.steampodcast.com/) and Civil Protection (http://civil-protection.blogspot.com/), along with this little clan called HaVoK (http://www.havokgaming.net/) for SourceForts the mod.

So GEAR is getting darn huge, a lot more huger than I ever had imagined! So that really makes me happy that a lot of people, along with friends have joined to bring a lot of good news and fun to everyone, so give it a check and have fun. Oh and a little person called Interlopers (http://www.interlopers.net/index.php) is in the wagon too! --Geardev

I have a lot to say, but all can be estimated by saying thats it's "Crunch" time down here at Gear. So you all know what that means! --Geardev
