Category:Brushmodel Entities
From Valve Developer Community
Brushmodels use brush geometry (rather than Studiomodel or Sprite geometry), but unlike World brushes, Brushmodels may move, shoot, etc.
- Brushmodel geometry is generally Solid and will block player movement; in contrast to brushes used to define NotSolid volumetric visual effects or event logic sensors.
- Brushmodels will be visible if their surface material is visible. Sometimes Studiomodels (prop_dynamic, etc) are parented to invisible brushmodels to provide the functionality of the "func_" entity with the appearence of the Studiomodel.
- Use the Template:brushmodel to include entities in this category.
