Black Side, is Pirate console commanding, with what players making bad things. It's working with CFG files using Point_clientcommand and Point_servercommand For example changing sv_gravity from client console. This command is usable only if are sv_cheats turned on and Valve is now disabling some of them. For example on a most of servers, players cannot use kick command.
